        THE COMPANY

        Mediter, is a continuation and development of the group of companies founded by the family of builders and architects.

        For this reason and for what value is added to a large family business, Mediter proposes and applies permanently every day, the most sophisticated systems of construction and the most recent technological advances n their scope of action, this is, reform and rehabilitation.

        The company, Mediter was originated in the mid of the last century, when the grandparents of the current shareholders began to execute small property developments in Madrid that was beginning to develop, to expand to become popular, laying the foundation of the great city it is today.

              PLAN REHABILITA 2009/2012

              The subsidyreceived by eachapplicantis as follows, depending ontheobjectiveofthe actions:
              - Embellishmentoutside buildings: 25%up to 6,000€/housing.
              - Improvedfunctionality of the building(safety, Noise protection facilities, health): 25%ofthe investment until9.000/ housing.
              - Improvedfunctionality of the building(Accessibility: Elevators):70% %ofthe investment until50.000€ building- Improvedfunctionality of the building(Accessibilityexcept Elevators): 70% %ofthe investment until10.000 building
              - Improving theenergy efficiencyof the building: 25% ofthe investment until12.000/housing.Los Applicants mayobtain an advanceofthis subsidy(a 50%) to be deliveredwith the approval of the provisional ratingand the rest, when yougetthe final grade.

              PLAN RENOVE (RD 2066/2008)

              Protected actions:
              A. Actions toimprove energy efficiency, hygiene, health andenvironmental protectionin buildings andhousings,andtheuse of renewable energy.
              B. Actions toimprove accessibility to the building and their homes
              C. Actions toensure the safety and sealing of buildings.
              a. It will benecessary to gain access to funding under which at least 25% of thebudget of the proceedingsisdevoted to the use of renewable energy, theimprovementofenergy efficiency,hygiene, health and environmental protection,and accessibilityof the building(pointsA and B). 

              Financial assistance:
              1. Credits:
              - Loans grantedon conditions moreadvantageous thanusual, agreed betweenthe Ministry of Housing and credit institutions.

              2. Subsidy:
              - Between 10% and 25% for the owner of the property requesting assistance based on household income. or 10% forall neighborswho requestandare entitled(Maximum€ 1,100per household) or 15% more forhomeownersapplying for aid, with incomesnot exceeding 6.5 times the minimum wage. We could geta maximum€ 1,600per householdor 2700orwhen the holdersare over65 yearsor arepeople with disabilities.
